Bicycle rentals
Would you like to take a ride on bicycles?
We are happy to provide you with men's or women's bikes for 10 € per day.
The use of the bicycles is expressly at your own risk. Please contact the reception the day before.

You will find breakfast in our breakfast room next to the reception from 07:00 to 09:00, Sundays and public holidays from 08:00 to 10:00.
Beverages
The mineral water in the room is intended for your free enjoyment.
More drinks can be taken from our maxi bar on each floor or ordered from the room service / reception.

In each room there is a plan on the escape routes by fire. Please take a good look at the escape routes, in case of misfortune never use one of the elevators. Please also note the fire protection concept of our house.

In our foyer, we have numerous flyers and brochures on sports and event tips with information about Schleiz ready. Further suggestions are available at the reception.

At our reception we have a game collection ready. Please return the games completely after use, so that the next guests will enjoy it.
Guest tablets in the room and in the restaurant
The use of our guest tablets is free of charge. A theft is not worth it because they do not work outside our house.

In the hallway on the first floor is a PC with access to the Internet and a printer. The use is free.

Key
Please take along if you want to leave the hotel or return later than 10 in the evening. For safety reasons, we must draw your attention to the fact that the loss of the room key must be reported immediately. In case of loss we have to charge our expenses of about 60,00 € for a new key.

Please do not use the lift in case of fire for safety reasons.

On each floor there is a maxi bar, the drinks we charge at the normal price. Billing is based on trust, please let us know the withdrawn drinks at the reception.

We have a meeting room for up to 50 people in the house.
We are happy to advise you in detail.
Money and valuables
Please do not leave any valuables, jewelery or money in your room or vehicle. For lost valuables in your room we can not be held responsible. Please make use of the deposit of your valuables in the safe at the reception.

We ask you not to smoke in the rooms. Our new tenants and we thank you. Please use the outdoor area for smoking.

Next to the terrace we have a children's playground for our little guests. We ask you to supervise your children and assume no liability.
Post office
Your incoming mail will be picked up at your reception desk at approximately 2:00 pm. Stationery and postcards are available at the reception. You can hand in your outgoing mail at the reception.

Reception
Our reception is open from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00. If you would like to leave in the morning before 07:00, we ask you to pay your bill the day before. Chat with us on your tablet.
Restaurant
Our kitchen is open for you from 17:30 to 21:30. (Weekdays)
Please note that we cook on weekends and public holidays, exclusively for events.

Various cold and hot drinks and a selection of dishes can be ordered directly to your room. Please contact the reception.
Safe
We are happy to take your valuables at the reception in the hotel safe under lock and key.
Sewing service
Button off? - No problem. Small repairs we do immediately. Larger repairs we like to give into the hands of professionals.

Smoke Detector
Our hotel rooms and hotel corridors were equipped with smoke detectors. The emergency call goes straight to the fire department, please leave the building immediately via the rescue routes. Further action is not necessary.

In our foyer we hold various flyers and brochures with information about the Vogtland and the Thuringian Sea.
Below you will find numerous sports offers and event tips.
Swimming pool You will receive free tickets for the local outdoor pool at the reception.
This is located about 300m away and is open from June to September.
Shuttle Service
Would you like to go to the station? Would you like to be taken to a special location or attraction? We are happy to call you a car service.
The transport of wheelchairs is also no problem.

Washing and Ironing
In your closet are laundry bags for the laundry to be delivered at the reception. Please fill in the enclosed list carefully and hand it over with the laundry. The prices can be found in the list.
If you leave your laundry at the reception on weekdays until 09:00, it will be ready in your room by 18:00. On weekends and public holidays on request. The hotel is not liable for shrinkage, discoloration or lack of color fastness of the articles.
