hygiene instructions
On April 1, 2022, the state government of BW published the new CoronaVO, which applies from April 3, 2022 and initially until May 1, 2022 at the latest:
- The previous access regulations in the catering and hotel industry are no longer applicable. It is no longer necessary to check 3G proof, every guest has access, regardless of vaccination status (i.e. those who have not been vaccinated and those who have recovered as well as those who have not been vaccinated (even without a test)).
- The mask requirement for guests in the company is no longer applicable, masks are only recommended.
We recommend our guests to protect themselves and our staff:
- Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters to people who do not belong to your household
- Wear a face mask if the distance cannot be maintained.
- No shaking hands when greeting
- Regular washing and disinfecting of hands
- Disinfection of hands before entering the guest rooms
- Sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief
The basic hygiene measures will continue to be applied. Our staff is also required to follow the above recommendation. In particular, we continue to have masks ready and will of course use them if our guests insist.
