FRENCH CUISINE MEETS NORTH GERMAN INGREDIENTS
The Carls serves French delicacies with seasonal and regional ingredients. With an extra dose of creativity and esprit, CARLS Travemünde has been open since April 2022. As creative head and pleasure ambassador, Thomas Martin comes to the coast and brings the popular restaurant concept from Hamburg. After the successful start at CARLS at the Elbphilharmonie, he now wants to conquer the hearts of Travemünde's pleasure lovers.
