For us, contemporary hospitality means first and foremost to live sustainability passionately and consistently. This shows in the little things in life, such as: B. at the breakfast buffet. Because sausage and cheese platters are no longer offered, but instead lovingly smeared and sandwiched bread, as provided by mom, we throw away a lot less food than was the case before.
The cooperation with our local suppliers, home grown herbs, tomatoes and much more. During the summer months from our raised beds in the gourmet garden and natural building materials in our new feel-good houses are only part of our "green thread" that runs through everything we do.
