At the Anderlbauer, all cheese specialties are handcrafted according to old craftsmanship and tradition. All cheeses are single-origin, i.e. made from 100% goat, sheep or cow milk. Without preservatives, GMO-free, lactose-free and guaranteed without chemical additives.
