In 2009 the Brasserie Hülsmann opened in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel - and thus returns to the first stop. The restaurant invites you into the French tradition of brasserie cuisine with its simple, uncomplicated preparation of products.

All pies, terrines and sausages are made in-house (except andouillete).
