State Gallery

Due to its rich collection of paintings and sculptures from the 14th to the 21st century, the Staatsgalerie Stuttgart is one of the most visited museums in Germany with an exhibition area of approx. 9000 m². Its main collection area is 20th century art.

The collection is arranged according to epochs and schools. The history of art and the different developments in different places are presented in six consecutive tours.
