Württemberg house

The ancestral castle of the Württemberger family on the Kappelberg above Beutelsbach marks the beginning of the history of the country and later kingdom. About 500 years later, in 1514, the Beutelsbach peasant uprising of "Poor Konrad" shook the whole country.
With two new museums, the town of Weinstadt commemorates these significant events and makes regional history in connection with Beutelsbach local history tangible. The museums are located in the Württemberg-House Beutelsbach, which was built in 1534 as town hall and is therefore one of the oldest village council houses in Württemberg.
