Protection Standards Gastronomy - Information for restaurant visitors and hotel guests:

Attention:


Please avoid visiting our restaurant and hotel if you suffer from acute respiratory diseases.


Stay at the hotel:

Please keep a sufficient distance to our staff and other guests (at least 1.50 m - better more)

We have disinfectant dispensers in our house. Please use them before and after your visit to the restaurant.

Only persons who are allowed to contact each other according to the legal regulations of the federal states are allowed to occupy a hotel room together.

We refrain from daily cleaning of the rooms in order to exclude a possible spread of the corona virus. Should cleaning be necessary, please contact the reception desk. However, due to the industry regulations for the hotel and restaurant industry, we are obliged to change all towels daily. We are trying to make this as contactless as possible.
 

Wellness area/swimming pool:

We are currently not allowed to offer some services due to state regulations. These include the wellness area, the swimming pool and other SPA treatments. We will inform you as soon as these areas can be used by hotel guests again.
 

Breakfast:

Due to the new regulations we offer breakfast for our guests on Etageren. We are happy to serve you further wishes such as eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon as well as muesli, quark, yoghurt and obsalad and a variety of minerals.
 

Reservation Restaurant:

If possible, please make reservations in advance to make capacity limits controllable and prevent overbooking. You are also welcome to use the possibility of online reservation.

A direct acceptance of guests without advance reservation is possible. Please wait at the restaurant entrance, taking into account the distance markings, until our staff has taken your contact details and placed you.

Our menu is of course also available online, so that you can make your choice conveniently via smartphone before or during your visit.
 

Recommendations to our guests for their visit to the restaurant:

Due to the regulations of the state of Thuringia, guests are required to wear a mouth and nose mask when entering the restaurant, except at the table. So please also put on your mouth and nose mask when visiting our restaurant. There can always be situations where its use is appropriate.

Please keep a sufficient distance to our staff and to other guests (at least 1.50 m - better more)

We have disinfectant dispensers in our house. Please use them before and after your visit to the restaurant.

Please take your wardrobe with you to your table.

The somewhat sparse table decoration is also a victim of our current security measures.

If possible, please pay contactless with your EC- or credit card.

Sitting together at the table without observing the minimum distance is only permitted to those persons who are allowed to contact each other according to the Corona regulation.
