Rutheneum Schleiz

Since 2001, the History and Home Association of Schleiz e.V. operates a museum in the Rutheneum. Focus is the life and work of Dr. Konrad Duden and its significance for the German language to the present day. As Ruthenum, the educational institutions of the Russians were called.

The permanent exhibitions include "The Life and Work of Dr. Konrad Duden", "Princely Reußisches Residenzschloß zu Schleiz" and the "Orthografikum", which is still under construction.
