Coffee and tea specialties, fruit juices and water

Start the day with fine coffees, for example, milk coffee, cappuccino, espresso, latte macchiato, decaffeinated coffee, coffee with cream etc. There are also around 20 teas from Ronnefeldt are available from all over the world. Fans of cold drinks come with our selection of various fruit juices and mineral water fully at their own expense. For our younger guests, we provide also hot chocolate and milk.

Sausage, eggs, cheese, ham...

You May prefer hearty breakfast? Even then, we have the right offer for you. Choose from more than ten different types of bread, there are all sorts of types of sausage, ham specialties, as well as smoked salmon. Of course a selection of soft cheese and cream cheese should not be missed here. In addition, we always keep cheese of the Emmental, Gouda or Edam cheese 

ready for you. In our warm corner, get hard boiled eggs, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, fried Bacon, meatballs and various sausages.

Marmalade, jam, honey and more for the sweet tooth

If you like sweet breakfast, find a wide range of nut snails, with and without chocolate croissants as well as six different jams, two types of honey and nut nougat-creme at the breakfast buffet.

Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan and vegetarian

Everything is possible. For vegetarian guests a wide range of fruit and bread, meatless dishes are available every day. For gluten-free, lactose-free or vegan food, we ask for a hint in the reservation or during your stay, then we provide a sufficient supply with pleasure.

Cereals, fruit, yogurt

For the friends of the light cuisine, we have set up a special fitness corner, in which you include cornflakes, various other Kellogg's specialties and five different kinds of cereals and a selection of fresh yoghurts - both nature as also with fruit. There are fresh fruit and fruit salad.
