ALL IN CARD
The ALL IN CARD includes all leisure activities of the ALL IN HOTELS such as: mini golf, bowling, ice skating, 1,200 m² indoor fun park, tennis, cycling, rickshawing, fitness center, wellness facilities and 50% discount on the Familypark St. Margarethen, the Draisin Tour, on the Swim Academy (á 35 minutes for single unit and/or group unit) and much more!
ADDITIONAL ENTRANCE TO THE THERMAL BATHS
Tickets can be purchased online at www.sonnentherme.at or on site (subject to availability, as access is limited) at the spa ticket office.
Please let us know at the spa ticket office that you are a hotel guest. You can leave and re-enter the spa with this spa clock up to 5 times on this day.
With the ALL INCLUSIVE package and our special packages as well as Generali, Holiday Plus and Hoferreisen bookings, the ALL IN CARD (thermal spa access according to package booking) is already included.
Baby monitor
You will receive a baby monitor free of charge for your stay at our reception (subject to availability).
Check Out/Payment:
If you have still included the spa entrance on the day of departure (depending on the booked package), you can also settle your bill after your visit to the spa. Of course, you can still use your bath bag and bathrobes and return them to the hotel reception. Please also return the spa wristbands to our hotel reception after the spa is closed.
You can leave your suitcases in our suitcase depot.
Child care & children's show program
Our playroom is open daily for you. You can find the times of the child care on the monitor near the playroom!
Diets/intolerances
Please inform us of any intolerances or special diets at least 2 hours before your first meal. Our kitchen team will be happy to advise you.
Indoor swimming pool & wellness area
Our indoor pool is open for you from MO to SO, from 10:00 to 22:00. (Outdoor pool only during the summer months). We will gladly activate the wellness area for you. Please report to the reception about 30 minutes before your sauna visit! Please note the respective restrictions imposed by the authorities!
Massage
Bring body, mind and soul in harmony - let your soul dangle. From the classic partial or full body massage to cupping, to La Stone therapy - pure relaxation is guaranteed! For reservations and advice, our reception team is at your disposal.
Masks are mandatory during the massage treatment!
Medical assistance
If you need medical assistance, please contact the reception immediately or call the medical emergency service on (0)141.
Payment:
You are welcome to pay with us in CASH, with ATM card or with credit card. If you have vouchers, please hand them in at the reception during your stay. To avoid waiting times, you are also welcome to settle your bill the evening before.
Pets
Please note our special house rules for pets brought along, which we will gladly hand out to you at the reception.

Out of consideration for our younger guests, we request that you avoid unnecessary noise after 10:00 pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR VISIT TO THE SPA
If you would like to have lunch in the spa as part of our ALL INCLUSIVE packages, this is ONLY possible AFTER registering at the hotel's own reception by 10:00 am! You will need a voucher!
Purchases in the spa store and consumptions in the spa restaurant as well as in the wellness area or in the cafe "Sunny" in Lutzmannsburg can be charged directly to your room bill! We kindly ask you to check the bills carefully. A refund at check out is not possible!
As a hotel guest you have the possibility to enter the spa from 08:30 (for possible reservations of deckchairs).
As soon as you enter the Therme with your room band for the first time, a refund or change is no longer possible!
At check out, all spa bands must be handed in at the reception! In case of loss or no return, EUR 25,00 will be charged per band.

Your room
is at your disposal until 12:00 o'clock on the day of departure. Should you wish to stay longer in your room, the reception will be happy to inform you about our "Late Check Out" offers.
