Nice to have you with us. We are very pleased that you will be spending a few days with us. To keep you informed, we have some information in an A-Z for you.
Allergy - All our flats are carpet-free and are cleaned before each occupancy. In addition, the beds are down-free. If you have a pet allergy, we kindly ask you not to book flats 41-48, the Junior Suites and Townhouse 2 and 3 for future stays, as holidays with four-legged friends are possible here.
Baby cot - We provide a baby cot with bed linen and towels as well as a changing mat and nappy bucket for a one-off charge of € 40,00. Please speak to us in the office or mention this directly when making your next booking.
Baby equipment - changing bucket, nappy changing pad, high chair or a step, we are equipped for you.
Baker - The Bakery Stadtbäckerei Junge is located directly on the ground floor and looks forward to your visit. Have breakfast directly in the café or take fresh baked goods to your flat. Currently, the bakery is open only Saturday and Sunday, for all other days we have organized a roll service for you. For this you have received an instruction at your check-in.
Bathrobe - Fluffy bathrobes are available in our office at a price of € 5,00 per person (loan).
Bicycle rental - We are very pleased to have been provided with 6 city bikes this year in cooperation with the provider tobisRad. These are directly on our premises - no queuing, no waiting - more comfort is not possible. We will be happy to reserve them for you on request. You can hire the bikes from us for € 13.00 per bike & day (from 7 days € 10.00 per day). If you need accessories or a child's bike, please contact the rental company.
Bike garage - this is located at the back of the building in the red hall. You can open it with your flat key. Insofar as a bicycle parking space is made available to you, this does not constitute a custody agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to bicycles parked or manoeuvred on the property, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Check-In - Our flats are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Should your flat be ready for occupancy before this time, there is nothing to prevent an earlier check-in. Please note that we will only inform you of this on the day of arrival. You are welcome to park your car with us before arrival - please register for this in the office on the ground floor.
Check-out - We would like to ask you to clear the flat in accordance with the house rules by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to leave the key with us in the office.

Dog - The beloved four-legged friend is a must for some people on holiday! All flats on the 4th floor (41 to 48) as well as Townhouse 2 & 3 and all Junior Suites can be booked with dogs. Dogs must always be registered in advance. We have prepared water and food bowls as well as treats so that the dog feels comfortable with us. We charge a one-time fee of € 60.00 for separate cleaning after a stay with a dog. Our furniture (couch, armchair, bed) is only intended for two-legged guests.
E-charging station - Unfortunately we do not have this option yet! We are already working on it, but this will take a moment. It is prohibited to charge the cars from the normal electricity from the apartments/townhouses. The nearest station for your E-car is at Trelleborgallee 2a / 1,5km from us - charging station Marina.
Emergency - Please remain calm and make an emergency call. Please inform yourself about the location of the stairs, emergency exits, fire extinguishers and fire alarm possibilities. If the escape route is blocked by smoke, close the door and stay in the flat. Make yourself heard at the window. Wait for the fire brigade. Do not use the lift under any circumstances. Dial 112.
Equipment - please find here the standard equipment of our flats. In the large flats the number of dishes is increased. If you should miss something, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Fire - In case of fire you will be alerted! Keep calm. If you discover a fire, close the doors. Report the fire immediately. Telephone 112
Hygiene articles - Forgotten your toothbrush or left your razor at home? You can purchase a small selection of hygiene articles from us.
Insects/mosquitoes - Unfortunately, mosquitoes are not among our favourite residents either. Please do not smash them on the walls! We have extra mosquito plugs that keep these little animals away. Please contact us.
Ironing station - we have iron & ironing board ready for you in the office.
Minibar - Fancy some snacks, wine or other nibbles? Check out our store on the ground floor. Everyone will find something salty or sweet there.
Multiple socket - Can be borrowed from the office.
Non-smokers - All our flats are non-smoking! Smoking is only permitted on the balcony/terrace with the door closed. You will find an ashtray under the sink. In case of non-observance we will charge a cleaning fee of at least € 250,00.
Office hours - Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturday & Sunday from 09:00 - 17:00. You will also find the current opening hours on our office door. There you will also find a mobile phone number in case you don't find us. You will also find the number for our security service. Please note that we charge € 55.00 outside of an emergency.
Parking - We have a sufficient number of parking spaces directly at the building. However, we ask for your understanding that we do not reserve parking spaces. If there is no parking space available, you can use a paid parking space (daily fee 10-18 hrs 4€; afterwards or before free of charge) at a distance of 50m. If a parking space is made available to you, this does not constitute a custody agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to motor vehicles parked or manoeuvred on the property and their contents, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Phone - You can use your tablet to contact us in the office by phone or place an emergency call.
Printing - You have documents that you need to print. Please send them to us by e-mail to email@example.com. We can print them in colour or black and white in A4. Scanning of documents is also possible.
Radio - You have a choice of radio stations on the tablets as well as in our Smart TV's and also with our mobile radio devices (Bluetooth enabled).
Repairs - If something is defective or not in the right condition, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our caretaker will take care of it as soon as possible.
Seagulls - Seagulls are as much a part of the North as fish in a bun. They are wild animals and we would like to ask you not to feed the seagulls! This way you will also keep your own terrace clean in the future.
Smoking - Smoking in the flats is expressly prohibited. See also non-smokers.

Souvenirs - What is a holiday without souvenirs? Take a look at our store. There you will also find our key rings as a reminder of your holiday.
Stamps - you can get them at our office.
Toilet - Avoid anything that can blockages in the pipes (no sanitary products in the toilet). The toilet flush economy button had to be taken out of service. Due to an incident last year, the fire brigade advised this.
Umbrellas - It's raining again today and you still want to get some fresh air? You can borrow an umbrella from the service office. All Dockside Master Suites and all flats on the 6th floor have an umbrella in the flat as standard. You are also welcome to purchase an umbrella - feel free to contact us.
Valuables - We do not accept any liability for valuables in your flats.
Visitors - We are happy for you to show your family or friends around the flat and day visitors are welcome (subject to hygiene measures). Visiting dogs are only allowed in the designated flats as all other flats may be occupied by allergy sufferers. Due to limited parking space, we kindly ask that your visitor uses the public car park 50m away. Thank you very much.
Washing Machine - On the 1st floor you will find two Miele washing machines & dryers which you can use free of charge. You will find detergent, basket and laundry rack there.
The use of the Internet with your own WLAN-capable terminal (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for our guests. You use the internet at your own risk, the owner excludes any liability in connection with the guest's internet use. For the use of the internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. However, please understand that we may (have to) require a signature from you to protect ourselves against misuse.
