The steakhouse in the heart of Kulmbach's old town, where our guests can feel comfortable - and enjoy the best regional meat, good wine and a nice selection of single malt whiskey.

We prepare our meat gently using the Sous Vide method. The meat is cooked under vacuum at low temperatures for several hours. This makes it particularly tender and juicy. We then grill the meat according to your wishes.
