You can get travel plugs and extension cords at the reception. There are analog connections in the room, so you can either make a phone call or connect your PC.

Sparda-Bank (with EC machine), Sparkasse (with EC machine) are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The staff will be happy to help you find your way.

Our well-stocked hotel bar is located next to the reception and is open for you until 1 am.

Breakfast
You can enjoy our rich breakfast buffet from 6:30 am to 10 am in the restaurant. For late risers, the breakfast buffet is available on weekends from 7 am to 11 am.

City of Kassel
You can reach the city center either by streetcar or by car. A hotel ticket for public transport is available free of charge for the duration of your stay in our house.
Children
Children up to 12 years stay with us free of charge in their parents' bed. Baby cribs are available free of charge subject to availability.

We offer a 24-hour-laundry-service on weekdays. Please ask at the reception desk.

Departure time

Underground parking
The underground parking from CityCenter is located directly under the hotel and costs 15€/ per day. Please note that on Sundays and public holidays and after 11pm you can only access the garage with a hotel ticket. You can find the route to the underground garage here.
Wellness area
We recommend the Kurhessen Therme with over 1,200 m² of water landscape and eight different themed saunas. The Therme can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or comfortably in two stops by tram line 1 (Kassel Kurhessen-Therme stop).
