Our various function rooms for your event in Hanover
Are you planning a family celebration or a more casual conference for up to 60 persons? In that case, our cozy fireplace room might be the right choice for you. If you require a room for several hundreds of guests, we recommend our large hall. Choose from over 20 function rooms starting from 10m² up to 1,000m² with room for three up to 3,500 people. The various different room sizes make our congress center the ideal location for any kind of event. Furthermore, you can combine several rooms any way you like to use an area of more than 3,500m².
High-Tech facilities leave nothing to be desired
Whether you are conducting a business presentation or want to show a clip for an honored guest, we have just the right equipment. Enjoy LED lighting or dim the light for presentations in our function rooms. We will also take care of any special technical equipment for your conference or meeting. Lavalier microphones or flip charts – you name it, we provide it! Finally, all our function rooms come with high-speed internet access via fiber optic cables. That way, you can offer your guests data transfers at the speed of light!

On the premises of the Wienecke XI. you will not only find our congress center. Enjoy also the unique experience of a stay at the four star Design Hotel Wienecke XI. or stay at the Bed’nBudget Expo-Hostel. Additionally, there are over 300 parking spaces located on our premises.
You can dine at the Wülfeler beer garden, at our quaint brewery restaurant or at the hotel bar. Alternatively, we can offer you an individual menu for your event to cater for all tastes.
Flexible and mobile partitions: our special service for you!
Whether you would like to construct smaller conference rooms or booths for exhibitions and interpreters – try our partition system! The partitions make for a fast and inexpensive way of creating premises in all kinds of size for various different events. The constructions of aluminium frames, filled with hardboard, can be cut to size and are easy to transport and construct.
You can rent these multifunctional partitions for events on our or your own premises. Make use of our expertise and knowhow! If needed, we can connect you with highly qualified carpenters, electricians or logistics specialists.
