In the restaurant and at the hotel bar, our staff keeps documentation for all allergens and additives, describing all ingredients of the products.

Our reception will research bus connections for you. From the hotel, the train station is about 100 m away.

You are welcome to charge your bicycle battery at our station. Please let us know at the reception desk.
Charging station for electric car
You can reserve your paid parking space in our underground car park when you make your booking, or you can also reserve it afterwards. Your reserved parking space is available from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day. We charge €20 per night for parking, including electricity. The fees are also due without charging. You can reserve your parking space for your entire stay or just for individual days.
Our e-charging stations and wall boxes are equipped with a TYPE2 charging plug and have a maximum of 22 kW per car due to our 66 kW charging management. You can get the loading card required for activation at reception.

We do not possess a dry-cleaning service, but we can order this for you. In addition, a wet cleaning is in the hotel possible. If you bring us your laundry before 9:00 a.m. to the reception, you will get it in 6 hours back.

It can be used also for WLAN with your laptop. For questions we are happy to help you. IT support can be provided externally. We provide a laptop for a rental fee of € 25.00/day.
Ironing services
We gladly iron your laundry for a fee or we offer you a flat iron and an ironing board for your room for free. This service is available 24h.

Pets are not allowed in our restaurant and wellness area.
However, you may take your pet onto the restaurant terrace and into our lounge (both open Monday to Friday from 6:30 am and Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7 am).
Due to the importance of pet hair-free corridors and rooms for allergy sufferers, we have limited the rooms for our guests with pets to the ground floor!

Our poolbar is located in our VITUS SPA in the basement. Spoil yourself there with drinks and snacks during our usual swimming pool opening hours from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Skywalk to the hot springs
Hotel guests (except in the Classic/Classic Plus rooms) have the ThermenMeer included via the bathrobe walk from check-in to check-out. Admission to SaunaLand is charged additionally: The SaunaLand surcharge is €7.00 for a maximum total stay of 3 hours in the thermal baths. For a total stay of more than 4 hours, the SaunaLand surcharge is max. €10.00.
In the Classic/Classic Plus rooms, entry to the ThermenMeer via the bathrobe corridor can be booked during the stay: 3 hours ThermenMeer €16.00 per day; all day max. € 9.00 additionally. Access to SaunaLand within these 3 hours of ThermenMeer use is an additional €7.00. For a stay of 4 hours or more in the thermal baths and sauna (time is added together): max. €19.00 surcharge. All surcharges are calculated in addition to the 3-hour ThermenMeer entry (duration of stay = ThermenMeer time + SaunaLand time).
Smoking
Please take notice of the non-smoking signs. Smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, small cigars and pipes is not allowed in the hotel or in the rooms or the balconies.
