Metzgerbräu

Since 2002, lager, wheat and bock beer have been brewed in the still quite young brewery. 
The regular pub is actually a butcher's shop with its own village shop. As is customary in Franconia, every hearty snack should be accompanied by "a good beer". 
Under this motto, the first home-brewed beer was created in 2002 more or less from a schnapps idea in the sausage kettle of the in-house butcher's shop.
In 2012, the dream of having our own brewhouse became reality. Together with two new smokehouses for the equally sought-after home-smoked hams, optimal conditions were created to perfect the tradition of Franconian brewing and butchery even further.
