Cave museum Frasdorf

The museum goes back to an exhibition "From Bavarian Caves" in the Anthropological State Collection in Munich from 1978 to 1980, which was then shown as a "Karst and Speleological Show" in Frasdorf from 1983. Many of the exhibits and most of the display boards were made by members of the Verein für Höhlenkunde in Munich (e.g. the rock collection of Klaus Cramer). Frasdorf and Aschau speleologists as well as members of the "Chiemgauer Höhlenbären e.V." association have contributed finds.
