First aid
Our employees are trained first aiders.
Our defibrillator is located in the reception hall, which also enables laypersons to take care of people with heart disease in an emergency. As soon as the emergency case is opened, a mobile voice connection to the emergency call center is automatically established. Until the arrival of the rescue service, the first aider has his hands free and can follow the instructions of the rescue control center.
Since painkillers are only available in pharmacies, we are not allowed to dispense them.
