We offer many delicacies in our extensive breakfast buffet, from fresh cold cuts from the butcher to sweet pastries from France. Our hot part at breakfast contains grilled sausages, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon and chicken fillet nuggets, alternating fresh every day. The selection of teas contains everything your heart desires, from fruit teas to black teas from Assam, Earl Gray, English Breakfast and Darjeeling. A selection of rolls as well as gray and black bread is available for you. If you have any further requests such as pancakes, an omelette or the like, our extra breakfast menu ready. We kindly ask you to pre-order the day before until 10 p.m., short-term orders are only possible on request.

• Hot meals from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
• A la carte, menu or banquet orders are welcome. In our restaurant we offer regional and international specialties from the menu. Of course, you can also take part in our middle-class half-board catering on request. We will submit further promotions and offers to you as daily recommendations via our digital guest folders and our display.
Our story:
Dear guests, we look forward to welcoming you to the spa town of Bad Fallingbostel. It is our aim to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay in our traditional house.
First of all, we would like to give you a brief outline of the history and generations of the Hotel “Schnehagen”.
V + VI. Generation: Family Schnehagen, Family Stöckmann Already in 1890 the guest and overnight hotel "Schnehagen" was started by the great-grandfather of our predecessor Heinrich Schnehagen (until 1993). He passed on not only his first name "Heinrich" to his successors, but also the entrepreneurial ambition to let the agricultural sideline take a back seat in favor of gastronomy and the accommodation trade. Heinrich Schnehagen, IV., Took over the business in 1970 and, together with his sister Waltraut, expanded and modernized it considerably. On June 1, 1993, Heinrich Schnehagen IV. Handed over the business to Jürgen Stöckmann, his great-nephew, ending the management of the Schnehagen family after more than a century; The tradition of the house and the endeavor to fulfill all wishes to the fullest satisfaction in the interests of our guests is thus continued. In the past decades, Jürgen Stöckmann, with the support of his wife Annett, has not only preserved the hotel business with its traditions, but also taken the first steps towards digitization and thus built up an international customer base. Since 2018, the current operators have been enjoying the professional support of their son Tobias Stöckmann, who not only brings with him a fundamental technical education, but also contributes with full commitment to his parents' businesses through his experience and inter-company training in the catering / hotel industry. Our hotel is continuously modernized and adapted to the latest technical developments, for the benefit of our guests and of course taking into account all sustainable and resource-saving aspects, while preserving the tradition of a typical heath country hotel.
Technique:
W-Lan: A free W-Lan network is available on the entire hotel premises. The WiFi is also called "Hotel Schnehagen" and does not require a password. As soon as you have connected to the WiFi, you will be asked to confirm the terms and conditions for data protection reasons. All you have to do is check the box next to the terms and conditions and you can then register for free. If you need help, we are always here to assist you.
Smoking:
Dear guest, our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, this means that smoking is not allowed in all rooms and is only allowed outside and in the designated areas. If smoking is still found in hotel rooms, we reserve the right to charge the person responsible for basic cleaning and the resulting costs. The costs are between €150.00 - €400.00 depending on the size of the room. If the room in question cannot be rented, an additional 70% of the room costs will be charged as long as the hotel room has to be blocked.
As a precaution, we would like to point out that all rooms have a central fire alarm system
are equipped and in the event of a false alarm or use, considerable additional costs of several thousand euros can arise. A willful tampering with the fire alarm system will be punished with a star report.
Adapter:
Do you need an adapter for the socket? Simply contact our staff, they will be happy to help you and provide you with a suitable adapter free of charge.
TV reception:
We receive satellite TV in our hotel and convert this into a cable signal. This enables us to provide you with a large number of TV channels. Sports and Bundesliga channels from Sky are also available free of charge in all of our rooms.
Digital guest folders:
Digitization is becoming more and more important and also benefits our environment.
We have come to the decision to forego many of our print papers such as: A-Z folders, information materials and brochures. You can now find all this information stored in our digital guest directory, also with many other functions and gimmicks.
Room safes:
Opening the safe:
• Enter your personal code and press the # key. An acoustic signal sounds that the safe can be opened (green LED). The rotary knob can now be operated
• Now turn the door knob within 5 seconds and open the door
• An acoustic signal sounds three times if an incorrect code has been entered. If you enter the wrong code several times, the safe will be locked for 20 seconds.
Closing the safe:
• Close the safe door and lock it by confirming the rotary handle until it engages.
• Make sure the safe is locked.
Electric charging stations:
The future of mobility lies in electric drives. In order to reduce fossil fuels and the associated CO2 emissions, we believe in electromobility. As a hotel company, we ourselves run two hybrid vehicles and one purely electric vehicle. Since there is not yet a reasonable infrastructure for charging options, we see it as our duty to offer electric charging points ourselves. You are welcome to send your electric vehicle to our, from ChargeX (more under our sustainability concept on your guest folder ).

Room Control:
Our rooms are equipped with a heating control. You can easily set your comfortable temperature in your room using your digital guest directory. In order to further promote our sustainability concept, the thermostats switch themselves down when the window is open and thus save even higher consumption of fossil fuels.
