New concert hall

The Tonhalle Düsseldorf (also New Tonhalle to distinguish it from the war-damaged Old Tonhalle on Tonhallenstraße / corner Schadowstraße), formerly Rheinhalle, is a concert hall in Düsseldorf. It is located north of the old town on the banks of the Rhine and forms the southern end of the Kulturforum Ehrenhof. Its foyer, the Green Vault, is one of the finest examples of Expressionist architecture today.
