As a family business, we have been trying to conserve resources and think about the environment for a long time.
That's why we decided not to have minibars or air conditioning installed in our rooms.
We always try to use regional suppliers for the food and drinks that we offer and process to our guests.
- Our meat comes from selected farms with species-appropriate animal husbandry in Upper Swabia
- Our homemade ice cream and sorbets speak for themselves - enjoy our home on the spoon with selected ingredients
- We get our syrup for our elderflower lemonade from cousin Markus´ Demeterhof
- Our coffee comes from a small roastery in Bodnegg, which gets its beans directly from the farmer
You can also help to protect the environment and simply order your room cleaning at -Eco Service- .
We will be happy to put a fresh bottle of table water in your room for you.
