With our dishes we would like to offer you enjoyment from Amtzell and the surrounding region.
Close cooperation with farmers and producers who still produce and work traditionally ensures the quality of our dishes.
In 2009 our beer garden was voted the most beautiful in the region!
We cook with regional and fresh food and thus avoid long delivery routes. Our meat comes from the Bioland-certified Buchmann company in Grünkraut, brandies and cider come from local orchards and are produced in-house by Anton Feiner. The game comes from local hunters at the gates of the Allgäu and various vegetables and potatoes from surrounding farms and businesses. On our menu you will find a selection of dishes that we update at regular intervals according to the season and what is on offer.
