The Silbersattel ski arena in winter and the Silbersattel Steinach bike arena in summer: Thuringia's largest and most snow-sure alpine ski area offers a bike park with various fun equipment in summer. A chair lift and 3 drag lifts serve the 4.5 kilometers of slopes on 8 routes with different levels of difficulty as well as the children's area with a magic carpet as an ascent aid. Cross-country skiing is also possible with 35 km of cross-country ski trails and ski hiking trails. The slopes are groomed daily and artificial snow ensures uninterrupted fun in all weather conditions. Here you will also find the steepest black piste on this side of the Alps. In addition to a modern ski rental and a ski school, you can experience special tobogganing fun with the Pistenbock.
