Affenberg Salem
With moderated feedings and along the approximately 1.5 km long circular path, you will receive a lot of information about the Affenberg residents. The main attraction of the over 20 hectare forest are 200 Barbary macaques that roam freely and can be fed by the visitors with specially prepared popcorn.

Isle of Mainau
Depending on availability, guided tours through the castle, garden centers or butterfly house as well as spontaneous wine tastings are offered. Another attraction, especially for cooler and rainy days, is the butterfly house, one of the largest in Germany. Mainau Island is open all year round. The park and gardens are open from sunrise.

The Pfrungen-Burgweiler Ried is a unique moor landscape, originally created by the last Ice Age. Humans have intervened in nature by cutting peat and thus created a landscape of lakes for us in modern times that offer animals a new home.
